It is with great sadness, that we announce that GraniteNet Inc. has been dissolved as of the 6th November 2018 due to limited community support for our ongoing operations, the Committee opted for the only viable option; to close down our Incorporated Association and hand off assets to other parties in accordance with our charter.
As a direct result, our Website, MySouthernDowns,com.au will continue to operate as normal until the 24th December 2018, and we are actively seeking an alternative means to operate the site past this point. What this means for Website Administrators; Absolutely nothing at this stage; the site will continue as it has before, but paid accounts will continue free of charge for a grace period. All site content will be transferred with your web pages and customisations along with the main website to the new operator, but can also be requested as a single website dump prior to the 24th December on a CD or DVD for $7.00 (includes postage). Once handover takes place, some changes may occur and certainly with changes to the terms of service, pricing and method of hosting. The privacy agreement will be maintained until 30 days after the handover and the handover notice will arrive in form of direct email notification, of which is a stipulation of the handover..
