This is a small group program. Leading a group through a range of activities however the focus is your choice, Allowing the ability to work though an issue or concern; develop a concept or goal that you are aware is beginning to form within you or embrace an aspect of the self.
Those who have been participating in these programs are finding them energizing and beneficial in bringing clarity to their area of focus. The programs offer the precious time to connect at the deeper level to the self and your inner world.
