Southern Downs residents to learn new composting and worm farming tips with free workshop Southern Downs Regional Council is offering residents across the Southern Downs a FREE Composting and Worm Farming workshop to help reduce the region’s waste footprint. Residents interested in learning simple steps to reduce their waste can attend the waste education workshop at the Warwick Library on
