We start at 4 pm and by 5pm we are watching the sun slip below the horizon serenaded by bagpipes. A bonfire is lit as we enjoy some Summit Estate good cheer on the shortest day of the year. As it gets cold we drift inside to the cellar door to enjoy antipasti and live music. We all hail the pig that has been on the spit since midday as it is paraded around for all to see.

After some food and dancing we rug up and step outside into the cold night under the Milky Way. The Wickerman looms large made of the previous vintage’s canes. The Wickerman makes a spectacular fiery exit up into the heavens and our new Vintage is safe.  Bookings required.
