Bony Mountain Folk Festival is the brainchild of one of Australia’s most respected artists. Norma O’Hara Murphy- it is held on Norma’s property. With a career that spans 35 years and brings a wealth of experience to this very successful musical event. Now in it’s eighth year-bringing the entire Community together every September. This Festival is a proud Celebration of our unique Aussie culture as well as our heritage. To celebrate our Scottish & Irish roots with song & dance including world class Celtic Music & Dancing- Pipe Bands-Bluegrass Bands-Bush Ballads-Poets- Choirs-Indigenous Dancers- and much more. Fully catered on Sat & Sunday with great country cooking. Morning and afternoon teas supplied by Cunningham CWA. This year we are supporting- Life Flight-Young Care. Bony Mountain is also a Wildlife Refuge in a peaceful bush setting with a world class stage-and some of Australia’s best artists performing all weekend.
