We receive consistently positive feedback from participants in our soap making workshops. \nYour day is fully catered for with coffee\, morning tea and lunch (gluten-free). Class will run from 9am until 3pm and class size is limited to 8 participants. Due to the nature of materials being handled\, this is an adult class. \nTake home:\n* 2kg of soap – your own choice of scents (approx. 18 bars of soap – valued at $100)\,\n* Pure Soapmaking\, book by Anne-Marie Faiola\, valued at $35\nnotes\, and\n* plenty of new knowledge about making cold-process soap \nDuring the day you’ll see two batches of soap demonstrated – both regular and goat’s milk. A platform for the arts and a celebration of all that is wonderful about winter\, the festival’s success is due to the community embracing the chill and the opportunity to be inspired by vibrant music and art. \nThe first Festival was in 2004. Since then the growth and appeal of the Festival has been remarkable. The number of trees “wrapped in art” has more than doubled. They have art exhibitions\, live music\, the most amazing craft installations – and little old us! \nIf you would like to be involved in the Rummage – we would love to have you there! \nSuitcase Rummage is a mini scaled market with sales made from your suitcases! You can be a part of the Rummage experience by selling handmade or secondhand wares\, or come along to buy some real beauties! \nYou need to register for a stall\, $25 + booking fee.\nTo come along to browse is FREE. \nThere will be brilliant vintage\, artwork\, bric-a-brac\, clothing\, books\, jewellery\, seconds\, hand-made\, shoes\, records\, music\, badges\, cards\, handmade paper… you name it! \nCome for a bargain\, a swap\, or an old fashioned haggle.
