DESCRIPTION:14th July \n7.30 pm – 1.00 am \n18 and over event \nEntry fee $10.00 \nGET out your fluorescent leotards\, bedazzled sweatbands and start playing some Madonna because for one night only the 1980s are back. \nSaturday\, July 14\, prepare for the Stanthorpe Civic centre to transform into an 80s cabaret and all for a great cause. \n  \nThe disco gets going from 8pm with DJ Alan Casey entertaining. \nIf the appeal of Tears for Fears and Culture Club along with getting out your blue eye shadow isn’t enough\, there will be plenty of prizes to win on the night – including one for best dressed. \nThroughout the night you may be hit with some sing-alongs and dance-offs and even some trivia questions from DJ Alan Casey. \nThere will also be several raffles throughout the night. \nLocal businesses have kindly donated prizes varying from camping equipment\, hampers\, gift vouchers\, cosmetic products\, iron man 4×4 and much more. \nA can bar will also be in operation throughout the night. \nHotdogs will be in vast supply for anyone looking for a bite to eat. \nFunds raised from the event will be donated to Stanthorpe Community Op Shop’s Deb Lightfoot-de Hamer to help those in need.
