SUMMARY:Barefoot in the Park- Stanthorpe
DESCRIPTION:Stanthorpe Little Theatre Company\,  20 Connor St\, Stanthorpe\, Queensland \n4 dates 19.00 – 21.30   SAT 12  SUN 13  SAT 19  SUN 20 \nJust Married! Corie has rented a top floor New York apartment as her marital abode – without her husband’s approval. It’s small. Very small. And up a few stairs. OK\, a lot of stairs. \nThen there’s the eccentric neighbour dropping in from above them (literally) at all hours\, and a telephone man who is very\, very out of breath… what will Mother say?! \nTake a fresh look at Neil Simon’s comedy from the 1960’s of young love\, daring flights into the night and leaking skylights. \nThis is a tribute to Jack Boucher and Agnes Boucher/McKenchnie who first produced this play in 1969 at the Stanthorpe Civic Centre. \nThis play was originally staged on Broadway in 1963 and later to the silver screen by Jane Fonda and Robert Redford. \nDirected by Judith Flitcroft. \nTickets are $20 and now available at Gracious Giving 34 Maryland St Stanthorpe.
