Christmas in Weeroona Park Stanthorpe.
For decades the Stanthorpe RSL Band, Granite Belt Choir and the Lions Club of Stanthorpe have gathered together at the band shell in Weeroona Park to make Christmas come alive for all children.
This year will be a continuation of the Christmas spirit as the groups once again gather at the band shell at Weeroona Park for Carols by Candlelight on Friday, December 8.
The Lions will be there to fire up the barbie around 5.30pm, please remember to bring some spare cash so you have something to munch.
The band will start playing about 6pm – 6.30pm.
Song programs are available for a gold coin donation.
Darkness falls during the event, have your candle or torches, make sure your torch batteries are working.
