2019

SPANO’S SUPA IGA | STANTHORPE SHOW
FRI 1 – SUN 3
FEBRUARY

Come along and support your local show on Friday 1 February 2019 (local public holiday), Saturday 2 February and activities such as the Campdraft and the Ute Show extending through to Sunday.
There is plenty to see and experience – exhibits, displays, demonstrations, animals, demolition derby, fireworks, children’s entertainment, stall holders, food vendors, show bags, and drinks at the bar and music for the older crowd. Sideshow alley operates independently within the grounds and charges apply for participating in their activities.
Membership is great value for money as entry is free. Memberships open December 2018. See www.stanagsociety.com.au for more on society membership.

The show schedule outlines sections open for public entries with plenty for the kids to get involved in, including vegetable art, cookery, manual arts, handcraft, Lego and school art.

It is downloadable here www.stanthorpeshowgrounds.com.au.

A show program detailing specific entertainment will be available in January and will be published in The Border Post.
Perishable displays such as flowers and fresh produce are subject to environmental factors and may not be available for viewing for the full duration of the show. We suggest visiting on Friday, or Saturday morning to see these displays at their best.
The Stanthorpe Agricultural Society is a community, not-for-profit organisation. This event is run by volunteers. Come and support.
